Police appeal for witnesses following a theft at an Appleton school

Police are appealing for witnesses following a theft at a school in Appleton.

Sometime between 4pm and 30 May and 7.30am on 31 May thieves broke into a storage container at Broomfield Junior School in Bridge Lane.

Tools and copper piping were stolen from the container.

PC Will Austin said: ā€œI’d urge anyone who spotted any suspicious activity in the area around these times or in the run up to the thefts to contact police. The same goes for anyone who has CCTV or dashcam footage that may help us identify the suspects.ā€
